Yamaha R6 Thermostat Housing Reverser 2006-2009
The '06-'09 Yamaha R6 has the thermostat housing outlet turned the wrong way for a micro sprint application. This makes it difficult to plumb the coolant lines. The housing cannot be turned around as in older R6 models. Guhl Motors has designed a custom thermostat housing reverser/spacer. Just remove the housing, put the reversing spacer in place with the included o-ring, turn the original housing around and reinstall with the supplied longer bolts. It's that simple! This is available with or without a port for a water temperature gauge.
